A resident of Paris since 2010, Samuel Lopez-Barrantes is a novelist, musician, and literary tour guide. He is the co-founder of Kingdom Anywhere, an independent anglophone publishing house in Paris, and a member of the indie rock band Slim & The Beast. His latest novel, The Requisitions, is a historical metafiction set during the Nazi occupation of Poland, on the heels of the 10th Anniversary Edition of his debut novel Slim & the Beast.
