Anna Voloshyna is a chef and the author of BUDMO! and UKRAÏNE: Recipes from Kyiv to the Black Sea. Born and raised in southern Ukraine, she is passionate about sharing her country’s rich and diverse culinary traditions with the world. Through poignant storytelling and thoroughly tested, authentic recipes, her work brings a taste—both literal and cultural—of Ukraine into home kitchens. Anna is an IACP Award winner, and her cookbook BUDMO! received the Foreword INDIES Award for Best Indie Cookbook.
